8 नवंबर को Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) ने देश की 50 से ज्यादा बड़ी कंपनियों के साथ एक साथ MoU साइन किया है। ITC, Flipkart, Mercedes-Benz, boAT, Hero MotoCorp, Zepto, HDFC Capital, Kotak Mahindra Bank और Yes Bank जैसी दिग्गज कंपनियां अब manufacturing startups को infrastructure, capital और mentorship देंगी
क्यों जरूरी है यह पहल?
भारत में manufacturing startups के सामने सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत infrastructure और heavy capital investment की होती है। एक prototype बनाने के लिए करोड़ों रुपये की machinery चाहिए, जो early-stage startups के बस की बात नहीं । DPIIT के इस initiative से अब corporates अपने existing facilities, design centres और prototyping labs को startups के साथ share करेंगे। इससे startups को pilot production करने में आसानी होगी और वे बिना भारी investment के अपने products test कर पाएंगे
सरकारी अधिकारी के मुताबिक, DPIIT पिछले कुछ महीनों से corporates, industry associations, unicorns और sector के बड़े खिलाड़ियों से बातचीत कर रहा था। उद्देश्य साफ था – manufacturing-focused incubators बनाना और early-stage enterprises को industry के साथ जोड़ना > यह Startup India के बड़े vision का हिस्सा है जिसमें देश को innovation और industrial growth का global hub बनाना है।
किन-किन कंपनियों ने साइन किया MoU?
इस mega partnership में FMCG giant ITC से लेकर e-commerce leader Flipkart तक, luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz से लेकर quick commerce platform Zepto तक – हर sector की top companies शामिल हैं । Consumer electronics brand boAT, two-wheeler major Hero MotoCorp, और banking giants Kotak Mahindra और Yes Bank भी इस initiative में partner बने हैं। HDFC Capital Advisors जैसी funding companies भी शामिल हैं जो startups को capital access में मदद करेंगी
हर company अपने domain expertise के हिसाब से startups को support करेगी। मसलन, Mercedes-Benz automotive manufacturing में, boAT electronics में, और ITC FMCG space में mentorship देगी। यह सिर्फ funding नहीं, बल्कि real-world manufacturing experience का transfer है जो startups के लिए अमूल्य साबित होगा
Startups को क्या-क्या मिलेगा?
Manufacturing incubators में startups को कई तरह की facilities मिलेंगी – pilot production facilities जहां small batches test किए जा सकें, design centres जहां products को refine किया जाए, prototyping labs जहां ideas को physical form में बदला जाए, और shared manufacturing spaces जहां multiple startups एक साथ काम कर सकें
इसके अलावा corporates अपने distribution networks, market access और customer base भी startups के साथ share करेंगे। साथ ही risk capital और advanced technologies तक पहुंच भी मिलेगी। ये incubators startups और established industries के बीच bridge का काम करेंगे । Academic institutions और research organizations भी इन incubators को set up कर सकेंगे।
Make in India को मिलेगी नई रफ्तार
यह initiative Make in India mission को ground level पर implement करने का सबसे practical तरीका है। जब बड़ी companies अपने resources छोटे innovators के साथ share करती हैं, तो innovation की speed बढ़ती है और sustainable industrial growth होती है । DPIIT ने पिछले महीने biotech sector में भी Thermo Fisher Scientific के साथ similar MoU साइन किया था, जो इस trend को दर्शाता है
Experts का मानना है कि अगले 2-3 सालों में हजारों manufacturing startups इस ecosystem से benefit करेंगे। Employment generation, technology development और industrial competitiveness – तीनों levels पर impact दिखेगा। भारत जो global supply chains में apna position मजबूत करना चाहता है, उसके लिए यह पहल बेहद critical है। Manufacturing में innovation जितनी तेजी से होगी, उतना ही भारत global hub बनने के करीब पहुंचेगा
